Light and Fluffy

I finally managed to fill Aaron up. He ate fourteen pancakes! He's been moping around complaining of starvation. I made the pancakes with half white flour so I'm sure that had something to do with it. White flour is a treat around here. :)

Pancakes
2 T. oil
1 cup milk
1 egg
Mix then add:
1 cup flour
2 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix again and cook on griddle

I am not surprised. My boys eat a lot of pancakes now. I can't imagine how many they will eat when they get bigger. That is cool that you are using mostly whole wheat. Pancakes are one of the things that I do totally whole wheat. Ken kind of prefers some white flour but the kids have decided that they prefer whole wheat so that is nice.
