A twist on Abbi's Norwegian Macaroon cookies: Instead of using almond bark, I used some Heath toffee bits I had bought for Christmas cookies and never got a chance to make. Before baking, I dipped them into the bits. The cookies have a bit more coconut than I like, but I think Mike's going to like them.

We're just about ready to go (so much that I have five minutes to sit here.) I'll have to have the kids throw the last-minute stuff into the car.
