Valentine's Day Dinner

Thursday is a busy day at our house because I am not home much so I made this heart pizza for Wednesday's supper before AWANA.

Morning Visitor

 We had a visitor at our house this morning.  I finally got one half-way decent picture with our cheap little camera, and he was done being photographed.  You can see the blur of his wings outspread in the second picture.  When he took off, the dog took off after him.  At least the dog got some exercise this morning.  :)  If the dog could jump higher than eight feet, the birds around here would have to worry.

Poor Aaron

The little girls convinced Aaron to let them doctor him up with their nail polish.  David had his hand in it also...poor boy.  Anyway, he does a good job painting nails then along comes Laura.  She not only paints the nails but the skin around the nails and the fingers or toes along with that!  They were so anxious for me to post these to Facebook so Benjamin would see them as some sort of challenge so maybe someone will point him here for pictures of what he didn't have to deal with when he told them, "No."  :)

 Quite an impressive pile of polishes considering most of them came from Christmas time...

 I'm not sure if every young man goes through getting "pretties" in his hair by little girls or not, but I have seen several young men endure the torture.  Thank you to all those who have been patient enough to endure it.

We stopped on the way home from our Christmas celebration and got Emily a Dairy Queen cake.  Our Dairy Queen closes for a couple months...right around Emily's birthday.

Babies

The girls were playing with their babies.  When I walked by, I asked if they were in a hospital nursery because this reminded me of hospitals in the "old" days.  The funny thing is, Mike walked by after getting home from work and asked almost the exact same question.
